Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

You can apply for a return, refund, or exchange starting 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Returns/exchanges are only permitted if the goods are unused and the packaging was inadequate. You will need to provide proof of purchase or receipt when applying for a return/exchange/refund. Returns/exchanges are only permitted for goods with quality issues. All returns and exchanges must be approved by GallopFreely in advance. Otherwise, the return will be considered invalid, and the customer may have the right to a refund/loss/exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Any repair or replacement of the product itself does not extend the warranty period. The warranty is limited to parts damaged or susceptible to normal wear and tear due to use or initial installation damage. Products requiring repair or replacement must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense and risk. Improper handling may cause product damage and is therefore not covered under warranty; we always recommend professional installation. All approved returns and cancellations will incur a 20% relisting/cancellation fee.

Customized items are not eligible for cancellation.

Your Refund Process: After receiving and verifying your refund, we will send you an email notification that you have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, we will process your refund, and the funds will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method. Refunds may be duplicated within a refund process.

If your refund is delayed or missed again,

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as the refund may take some time to be credited. Follow up with your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps but have not received your refund, please contact us at junyu630@gmail.com.

Shipping Damage: We recommend that customers open and inspect all goods immediately upon receipt to check for any shipping-related damage. Damage caused by improper handling by the customer or installer is not covered under warranty, and GallopFreely is not responsible for any refunds, returns, or exchanges in such cases.

Please use a trackable shipping method.

No refunds will be given for lost or missing returned items.
